Future boiler services and gas safety checks become available after each further 12 qualifying monthly payments. If you cancel before qualifying, an included service and check will not yet be available. Your statutory cancellation rights are unaffected.

Is this boiler insurance?
No. Rosoman Boiler Care is a servicing and loyalty membership. It keeps your annual service organised and gives you member benefits without charging you for repair cover you may never use.
Are repairs included?
Parts, diagnostic time and repair work are not included. Members benefit from no standard-hours attendance fee and 10% off eligible Rosoman repair labour. We explain and agree any charge before work begins.
When can I book my boiler service and gas safety check?
Your first included boiler service and gas safety check becomes available after 12 consecutive monthly payments. We’ll remind you when you qualify and arrange a suitable appointment, subject to availability and your account being up to date.
Are emergency and out-of-hours visits included?
No. The £0 attendance benefit applies during our normal working hours. Emergency and out-of-hours attendance is quoted separately.
Can I cancel?
Yes. There is no minimum contract, so you can cancel anytime. If you cancel before completing 12 qualifying monthly payments, your included boiler service and gas safety check will not yet be available. Your statutory cancellation rights are unaffected.
